Lillies and its subsidiaries reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and/or cancel orders in its discretion, including, without limitation, if Lillies believes that customer conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to the interests of Lillies and its subsidiaries.



  • Shipping & Delivery
  • At this time, Lillies ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, Lillies ships merchandise to Canada, Australia, New Zealand and the UK but not to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

    If you choose to ship internationally through the United States Post Office, tracking of a package is not available. Lillies is not liable for the package after it has been delivered to the shipping carrier. Shipping can take anywhere between 2 to 4 weeks depending on Customs. Once the package reaches the United States border, we no longer have any possibility of tracking the package. If you ship through the United States Post Office and feel like your package should have arrived by now, the first place to contact is the Customs Department. 



  • Return Policy
  • Items may be returned (unused with all tags intact) within 14 days of delivery for a refund minus a 10% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges (re-shipping charges for exchanged items). Please understand it is necessary to charge a restock fee on returns in order to cover costs associated with filling and processing your order. Items may be exchanged once (unused with all tags intact). Customer is responsible for all shipping charges and re-shipping for exchanged items. Sorry, but we cannot accept returns or exchanges on underwear or socks for any reason.

    Sale Items, Plants & Food products are final sales and non-refunable. 

    Returns received after 14 days of delivery are subject to refusal, or at the least will be charged a 25% restock fee. Please understand that much of the inventory we order is in very limited supply. We appreciate your timeliness with returns or exchanges. Thanks for your cooperation.

    Extended Holiday Returns/Exchanges & Shipping:

    We realize that an extended return/exchange period might be necessary for gifts for the holidays. Any purchases made between November 30th and Dec 16th will be eligible for returns/exchanges until Jan 5th. 10% restock still applies on all returns. No re-stock fee on exchanges.
